Returns:

• You may return most items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Gift cards.

• Any items marked as final sale.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
